Over the course of 30 years at Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV)—the economic arm of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe—Andrea held multiple leadership positions across Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Strategy, and the C-Suite. As Chief of Staff, she played a pivotal role in organizational productivity, project oversight, executive coordination, and shareholder relations. She also led strategic planning and drove alignment across leadership to reinforce the company’s vision and leadership culture.
