Marion County Community Corrections had the great opportunity to work with Andrea in October of 2022. She put together a two-day program for our entire leadership team; Supervisors, Managers and Executive leadership. I can honestly say this was one of the most impactful things we have done for our leadership team in this agency. The knowledge and insight we gained from those two days has carried forward to where we are now.
Andrea interwove learning our personalities and communication styles with servant leadership, transformational change and change management, and traditional Native American concepts on leadership. Though this may seem like too many topics for two days, or like an overwhelming amount of information, Andrea did a masterful job of connecting and building from one topic to the next. In particular, the insight and relationship between Native American traditional practices and leadership in our current setting was both fascinating and inspiring.
One of our Managers noted, her knowledge and experience compliment each other perfectly, as she's been able to put leadership concepts into practice and realize their potential first-hand. Andrea has always been a joy to work with, and I highly recommend her services to anyone that's interested.
